AHI in AR Posted June 8, 2010 Report Posted June 8, 2010 I did a house years ago in the boondocks that had plumbing that didn't look too bad topside. When I went into the (tall) crawlspace, I discovered double traps under ALL the fixtures. I made the mistake of laughing out loud not knowing the buyer was just outside the access door.
John Dirks Jr Posted June 9, 2010 Report Posted June 9, 2010 The gold plated shut off valves finish off the job with a classy look, don't you think?
msteger Posted June 9, 2010 Report Posted June 9, 2010 I see that corrugated drain pipe installed all of the time. I can't believe the kind of crap you can buy at a big box store. I see it so much that I have a default comment especially for it now in my inspection software.
