Valliant tankless water heater

Any of you guys have any experience with this brand of tankless water heater? The pilot light was lit, but would not ignite the burner. Just trying to track down some info for my client. It was powered by propane and the tank was at 10%.

Hi,

Do you mean that when you ran the water it would not light? Perhaps they had it set to some standby/vacation mode.

I recognize the name. I thought they were manufactured primarily for mobile homes.

Needs a new thermocouple.

Ben, normally 10% is sufficient to fire a water heater/furnace. When I owned a home that had a propane fired furnace/water heater, I noticed a big drop off somewhere below the 5% mark.
