hausdok Posted April 29, 2010 Report Posted April 29, 2010 Some in LA might see it as a great deal, since it's priced at $775,000 and is allegedly the last surviving Greene & Greene house in the city of Los Angeles, but when you see the photos you'll know why; either someone had gone through this home and redone the trim or the original owner didn't want the traditional Greene and Greene detailing. None of the details are cloud lift and one has to look pretty hard at this house to recognize it as a G & G. Still, if I lived in L.A. I'd probably be trying to figure out how I could buy it.
