How do you think the ventilation was in this attic

This was a prime example of poor ventilation placement. There is mold growth just below where these vents actually breathe. No soffit vents.

The sad thing is that there's probably a code compliant amount of ventilation provided.

The plastic skylights didn't give you pause to consider the quality craftsmanship there? No one that cheap is gonna get the vents right.

That is funny. And yes, I was a bit surprised that they didn't address those when the roof was replaced.

That would have looked a lot nicer cosmetically and worked better functionally if they had just installed the proper ridge vent and soffit vents when they replaced the roof.
