Doesn't matter as it's not vented properly. The weir must not be higher than the vent opening, so I think you're safe to call it out. I'm pretty sure you already knew that though.

I believe that the arm only has to be 2x the diameter of the pipe. That pipe looks like a 2", so it looks fine to me other than the venting issue.
