What would you say?

It seems lately in the past few weeks just about every inspections ends with the same question..."Should I buy the house?"

I do not feel comfortable answering such questions. In a "safe" home, who I am to tell someone if they should buy a home or not... I give the facts good or bad, and try to help them make a educated decision.

I can't be the only HI getting asked such questions. What do/would you guys say???

Hi,

That's been discussed ad nauseum on this board. Just used the search feature, click on advanced search and then search for the phrase "would you buy this house" and I bet you'll find some of those.
