Forget the House, Buy the Shop!

I saw the damnedest shop I've ever seen in someones' back yard last week. Cement block walls (12 ft. high) painted inside and out, not one hairline crack anywhere. A small office, a 3/4 bath, a mechanical room, and a huge open shop with 3 10 ft. metal roll-up doors. Two of the bays had foor drains and the other had an in-floor hydraulic car lift. Outlets everywhere (run in EMT) and a spigot in every bay. Big metal awning down one side protecting the roll-up doors with a full concrete pad underneath. I'm not a car guy, but looking around in there I couldn't help thinking about where my table saw could go, my coumpound miter, etc., etc., etc. The house was 37 years old with 2200 sq. ft., some problems, but nothing God-awful. The whole thing was going for about $130,000. If I wasn't already living in one I built....
