Single family home - Trap underneath the kitchen sink.

Double bowl - stainless steel

Looks different from what I am used to but still me thinks it's wrong.

Only one trap to an arm. The basins should be connected by a wye or tee and then drain to a single trap.

That set-up is allowed here in New Jersey under the National Standard Plumbing Code.

That isn't vented properly either-- the trap weir(s) are too high.

I was responding to Chads reply of 'one trap to an arm'.

In my 3 yrs - never seen a setup like that.

I believe that the one trap to one arm is true

As for the venting - yes its wrong too

2-san-tee onits side

3-90 dropping into another to through wall into another san-tee im guessing [:-crazy]

Im sure the guy showing up to snake that drain would have lots of unpleasent words!
