Phillip Posted March 7, 2010 Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 As I am still learning about the governance of ASHI I see this as taking thing away from the membership. I do agree that there needs to be changes made. There are some good points in the motion like a smaller board and that the directors should be open up to others beside the CoR.
