I've read and follow the ASHI thread. I too believe Loden exposed the soft under belly of the beast. One more common man votes NO.

As I am still learning about the governance of ASHI I see this as taking thing away from the membership.

I do agree that there needs to be changes made.

There are some good points in the motion like a smaller board and that the directors should be open up to others beside the CoR.

I would voted yes for these changes.

But as a whole (motion) I voted no.
