exploreparadise2 Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 Does anyone know the manufacturer of this siding, or what it should be called? They're exterior panels on a rain screen system. The panels are laminates with a wood grain exterior. The middle sections looks like a plastic composite. Bill Kibbel Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 That's a high pressure laminate. Try Googling "Parklex" - the only product of that type that I'm familiar with.
Tom Raymond Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 Citadel makes numerous panel systems as well, although I think most (if not all) of their skins are aluminum. http://www.citadelap.com/ Tom
Robert Jones Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 I think Bill might have nailed it. http://www.fincolorply.com/facade.htm#
MTL_Inspet_Man Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 In technical terms it's actually called wall cladding From the picture it looks like a phenoilc material core with a laminated exterior finish. Phenolic material have a great property of being stable in wet surroundings. Cheers
