Chad Fabry Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 This afternoon, I booked a nice inspection for next week . The client hired me because they read stuff I wrote here. I wonder if I start acting nicer if I'll get more work? There's a question that'll go unanswered.

Richard Moore Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 ...I wonder if I start acting nicer if I'll get more work? I seem to remember you pulled a muscle last time you attempted that. []
Jim Katen Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 . . . I wonder if I start acting nicer if I'll get more work? There's a question that'll go unanswered. Maybe not more work, but you might get more dates. - Jim Katen, Oregon

mgbinspect Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 I'm with Richard. We don't want you to pull a muscle or something. Besides, I kinda like your direct "no holds barred" style. One never has to guess what you're thinking, which is rather refreshing and beats the hell out of snobbiness. Don't change a thing. I mean think about it: did this guy choose you inspite your demeanor, or because of it? [:-thumbu] (As a matter of fact, I'm kinda developing a bit of a complex knowing you've only busted my chops once since I returned to TIJ... ) [:-party]
John Dirks Jr Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 Be real, be who you are. Don't fake a thing. The color is welcome.
mgbinspect Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 PRECISELY, as my signature says, "to thine own self be true." We rest our case....
Chad Fabry Posted January 24, 2010 Author Report Posted January 24, 2010 Geez, I was just kidding about needing to be nicer.
