This opportunity would be in addition to your current home inspection business and would be as many or as few dates as your schedule allows. Type of Training As of April 22, 2010 the EPA will require contractors, remodelers and painters become certified to perform work in homes built prior to 1978. We are looking for inspectors to meet the training demand by becoming instructors. The 8 hour course, "Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair & Painting" covers how to identify the presence of lead, safe work practices, and EPA requirements. Compensation on Contract Basis As a contract instructor, you would be allowed to work as many or as few days as your schedule allows. We offer a premium compensation based on the number of students in a class. We Handle All Logistical Support We cover all the logistical support: advertisement, student enrollment, equipment and supplies for a course. You simply arrive at the class venue with helpers for hands-on activities and present the course.
