Has any one done phase inspections for a company out of Arizona Steve Lawerance and Associates? We have done four inspections and three months later are still waiting for payment. Any comments would be appreciated.

Never heard of them and they did not pull up on Google.

Have you tried to call them? Sometimes it takes a few nudges to get the dollars. Outside of that, if they are not responding, have gone out of business (like DDN) then you really can't do much.
