Exhaust vent, part deux

Just because you don't want condensation near the house, this is NOT a good idea. From another inspector...Cat IV furnace, the exhaust goes from this photo, to a buried 4" ABS pipe that comes out in part of the yard away from the house. Evidently, he was somewhat surprised, at first, to see steam coming from some shrubbery.
