Good grief. If I were an inspector I would run as far and fast as I could. I'd rather have a single attorney as a client than the horde of them associated with an insurance company. I have no idea how the HI's contract is set up with the insurance company but the whole thing most likely subrogates the entire deal through the inspector to his E&O carrier.
