I'd have to hear it to believe it. And is the difference noticeable at low volumes, or only ear-splitting ones?

There's a guitarist named Eric Johnson who claims his ears are hyper sensitive to a degree that he can tell whether he has Duracells or Evereadys in his effects pedals. I've always thought that was a bunch of . . . . poppycock.

You guys really should read the "reviews," especially if you've got some time to kill! They are obviously tongue-in-cheek, and some are hilarious. I suspect many were written by the same guy, but that's another story.

I have a friend who is an audiophile and claims to be able to hear differences from things like this. I just shake my head...
