I don't know if you have ever seen "emergency procedure manuals" or "evacuation manuals" which are "school notebook size" and sitting on the bookshelves of government / industrial employees... I've always wondered if there was a fire or explosion in one of these places, if anyone would take out the notebook and start reading what to do?
