Anyone else notice that the real estate agents are in a feeding frenzy?

With the 1st time buyers incentives expiring shortly, I've had some agents ask me to do some crazy things, inspect before the contract is submitted, inspect at night (after 8:00 PM) etc.

It's like there won't ever be another property to sell after the incentives expire.

I won't change the way that I do business. I especially won't change the way that I inspect a property (except to be better) or write the report. I glad I don't have to depend on R.E. referrals. [:-slaphap
