Does anyone have a copy of NFPA 96? I'm trying to find out if the the duct that vents a range hood in a Daycare facility is allowed to be made of a combustible material (insulated flexible heating duct)

The flex duct that I installed in my home specifically said not to use it as an exhaust duct material. You could always go that route assuming you know who the manufacturer is.
