Robert Jones Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 Stand alone condo built in 2005. 1850 sq ft 2 story, within a large developement. The home was serviced with a 100 amp panel. For some reason, I have it in my head that it should have been 200 amp. Special circumstances for condos? Just seem's like the service is small. There is gas to the home as well which serviced the water heater, furnace, fireplace and range. Thanks.
John Dirks Jr Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 100 amp is considered the minimum by todays standards. Having said that, with all the major heat producing appliances being fueled by gas, it should be fine for that size house.
