That is a johnson tee dishwasher drain.

I recommend them on all houses i plumb where the ks and dw is on a exterior wall. make sure that the 3/4 pvc cap on the outside of the house has a hole drilled in it to work as a vent. During testing of the dwv system that cap is glued on. most i see even on old houses they are not drilled.
