Is the pic resizer broken?

The only images that I can open (from the last couple of days) any larger than the thumbs are the ones in the Chicago Skyline thread.

It seems okay right now but may have had a temporary glitch?

There must have been some problem because a few thumbnails are still small when clicked. The larger pic should show but even it has been resized small??? No code changes have been made lately so I assume it is just a temporary glitch on the server.
