Yea, and most of the ones that do are useless for getting at the pump.

Yes, and what Chris said. The *excuse* I hear all the time is "oh, all you have to do is cut the tile and remove it to get at the pump"........

Also, many manufacturers require a ventilation grill so the motor doesn't overheat.

I've responded "Great open it up. I need to look at the electrical" well.....I ain't gunna do that.

Bad day today. Hot, tired, sweaty, then I get a zoid get in my face whining it passed code. Made me want to cuss. The buyer's agent was the only one with a cool head. Real decent lady.
