HI for Godrey, IL

A guy in my motorcycle club just submitted a bid on a house in Godfrey, IL. I told him that I couldn't inspect the property because I am not licensed in IL. But that if needed, I could get a name and number for him.

This is all pre-emptive. Not sure if he wants me to get a name and number for him yet.

That being said, if he wants a name and number, I would like to tag along for the inspection. I would be willing to sign a non-compete in Illinois agreement for 1 year from the date of the inspection, if you prefer. We can talk about this in more detail off line.

If you are not interested in this inspection, but would be willing to allow me to do a tag along or two, I would be willing to sign the non compete for this too. Just looking to get as much experience and exposure as possible.
