Bruce Thomas Posted August 31, 2004 Report Share Posted August 31, 2004 I know it's late to weigh in on this one but those fittings don't look thick enough to be PVC, having glued a few myself. Any way to the point. Colusion (I think that's how you spell it) gets tripple damages up our way and my insurance wouldn't cover it. In any case I think that you are right to testify. The folks that bought this home are getting the short end and someone has to stand up and do what's right for them, even though you may take some heat yourself.
