I use to work for a local mechanical contractor that owns an island up in Canada. It is Musket Island, located in Woods Bay, which is off the Georgian Bay. I just got back from a weeks vacation on the island with my wife, son and his girl friend. I don't know if anyone else has been up around this area but it is "Be a utiful!!!!" Thought I'd post a few pics of the gang.

1st pic is me and my son.

2nd pic is my wife and my sons gf.

3rd pic is my wife and I racing my son.

4th pic is the cabin.

Gods country for real (no, no fish - sniff.)

Georgian Bay in July is as good as it gets.

If you want fish, you have to go inland & north quite a ways; even though it's "gods country", the fish have been (more or less) cleaned out of Georgian Bay since I was a kid.

I've been going up since 87 and the fishing wasn't too bad then but still nothing to write home about. Now it is dead (at least for small mouth). Saw a guy tie into a 3' northern while we were feeding the pan fish [:-ashamed]

I never went after pike, always went for the small mouth - makes for a damn tasty shore lunch!
