Could someone tell me where I can adjust the local time for sending messages.

I seem to be 3 hours behind, hare and in life.

Exactly. The benefactors found those on the east coast more capable of the math.

The west coasters were getting out of bed early when the site ran on eastern time. They didn't want to miss anything.
