Another Bad Roof

I may have posted these pictures before - I’m not sure. What I found most interesting is that numerous things on the house were to be fixed, including the roof, and I was asked to come back and check them. Through the realtor, I was told everything would be done by Wednesday, so I could go back on Thursday, and they would close on Fri. The seller knew I was coming and was telling everyone he had people working on the issues. When I arrived nothing had changed - I stood dumb founded. Of course they still bought the house.

That is one reason I hate reinspections. It seems nothing is done right even if it is done at all.

I personally would rather see a monetary adjustment and have the buyer fix stuff, unless it is hidden problems that could turn into a much bigger problem.
