Hi,

I remember when she was listed for sale back around 2004 - 2005 and was pretty much a pretty haggard old derelict with broken windows and the like; I thought, "With more than 60 acres, what a cool start for a home inspector's college that would make."

tn_200944171852_waterville.jpgThen she was bought and restored in $2006 for more than $2M. Guess the owner fell on hard times in the existing economy 'cuz now she's back on the market in an unreserved auction with bidding starting as low as $1. The taxes alone are probably out of sight.

Kind of sad.
