blazenut Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 I inspected a house recently, a small ranch, whos main plumbing stack made 3 90 degree turns, before it went through the foundation, and up the outside of the home, and finally terminated below the eave about 6 inches from a window. Other than it not going through the eave and terminating above the roof line, do you see any problems with the vent stack having all these turns?
MTL_Inspet_Man Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 Correct me if i'm wrong but vent stack should not have more than 2 90 deg turns. before exiting and shuld have no diameter changes.
