Fire prompts call for tougher mobile home rules

Arnold Schwarzenegger called for a review of building standards and emergency procedures for mobile homes in an attempt to bring them into line with many of the requirements for conventional dwellings. He noted that the 501 Oakridge units lost in the fire went up like matches."
