Off topic but AR is an irony. The two blogs I subscribe to 'Independent Inspectors' (they're mostly realtor suckups and anything but independent) and 'Ask the Inspector' well, we know how that goes when an inspector feels compelled to answer questions or educate other inspectors( you have to unwind the coiled wire on the AFCI...right?) It is entertaining albeit it's entertainment bordering on perverse like watching a plastic surgeon peel someone's face back to work on their cheekbones.
