Need an Inspector in Powell, Ohio

I have received a couple of email from a person in Powell, Ohio (I think it is an hour or so from Columbus). They are in need of an inspection on a home. It is new construction with a basement. They do not move in till July sometime, but they are having water problems in the basement.

Need an inspector with experience in basement water problems and new construction.
