Nolan Kienitz Posted November 15, 2008 Report Posted November 15, 2008 Attached is a form (OP-I) that has been in Texas since ~2000 and was updated last month. It is an approved/promulgated form by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) and is available for "voluntary" use/distribution by inspectors or agents. Sort of fits with above.
