Sharon Lemp doesn't want to name names but is hoping the nightmarish experience her sister and brother-in-law are suffering after buying a mobile home at West Lake will serve as a warning to others.

"People really do have a false sense of security and just because you have a realtor and a home inspection and the vendor completes a disclosure form, that doesn't mean anything," Lemp said. "There's absolutely no protection."

"The home inspector did say there was lots wrong with the house but nothing that couldn't be fixed," she said.

Based solely on that, without seeing the actual report and knowing a lot more, I don't see how we can pass judgement.
