That's a helluva bloom and the water droplets hanging from the insulation sheath kind of tell the tale. I hope you impressed on the client just how serious a mess that is. Was there a vapor barrier covering that floor?

It's a mess alright. NO ventilation, poor grading, defective sump pump, minimal vapor barrier.

Caoimhín, while your comment$ are$ensitive and $ignificant, it $eems to u$ that your S key i$ broken. I a$$ure you that there i$ indeed, lot$ of dampne$$. Hopefully, I've educated my client$ about the $ignificance enough to keep them from being $uckered.
