partial insp contract

I have a partial inspection coming up and I don't have a specific contract for that type. Can any of you send me a copy of a partial insp contract that you use so I can pirate and put something together?

John, how partial is partial?

Are you doing an interior inspection only, say on a condo, or are you inspecting items outside of the scope of the SOP?
