Les Posted October 10, 2008 Report Share Posted October 10, 2008 Richard, Those thoughts are indicative of how to effectively read an inspection agreement (verbal and written). A contract is nothing more or less than a meeting of the minds of the party(s) involved in a transaction. Can't have it all. Please remember that when you get into a little mess, the other side hires an expert that ain't your friend. You have no friends as soon as you do the inspection.
