Darren Posted July 10, 2008 Report Posted July 10, 2008 Well, at least who ever hires this guy knows exactly what they're getting (not much)
StevenT Posted July 10, 2008 Report Posted July 10, 2008 Les, I checked out the listing. This guy must be every "Zoids" dream. I also advertise on craigslist. Check it out. http://newyork.craigslist.org/stn/rts/749743054.html
Les Posted July 11, 2008 Author Report Posted July 11, 2008 Steven, Nice listing! But, I can't seem to find out what I would get from you for $125.00 and one hour of your time! That info actually came to me from the largest broker around here who is encouraging agents to check it out and use them if possible. I know, I know ------
AHI in AR Posted July 11, 2008 Report Posted July 11, 2008 $125 inspections????? If you pay McDonald's hamburger prices, don't come complaining (with lawyer in tow) when you don't get a beautiful hunk of steak. After all, that's not what you paid for!
StevenT Posted July 11, 2008 Report Posted July 11, 2008 $125.00??? That would get you about an hours worth of just about anything, except sex. On second thought, If you buy me lunch, maybe I'll throw in the sex. [:-paperba
Brad Manor Posted July 11, 2008 Report Posted July 11, 2008 Note to self: Never buy Turetsky lunch......... ever. -Brad
mthomas1 Posted July 11, 2008 Report Posted July 11, 2008 The $125, one hour inspection is a lot like the $3.00, two minute hair cut.
Les Posted July 11, 2008 Author Report Posted July 11, 2008 do the math. these two guys take thousands off the table for my fully qualified inspectors. They are true American Heros!
Brian G Posted July 11, 2008 Report Posted July 11, 2008 My disgust runneth over. [:-yuck] Brian G. Two Guys? Yerscrewd & Suemee LLC, By Any Chance? []
Bob White Posted July 11, 2008 Report Posted July 11, 2008 There everywhere.... http://atlanta.craigslist.org/rts/748149250.html
Phillip Posted July 11, 2008 Report Posted July 11, 2008 I wonder if he does more that sticks his head in the attic and crawlspace. It sounds like he/they only walks around and writes down the things that the client can see that wrong.
