I dropped in on the site where a friend's new shop is being built. Several significant screw up but this just made me chuckle.

Nope, I just had to climb up to the storage area to confirm it is the return air.

3 plumbing vents. All had AAVs. The 3" vent was reduced to a 2"

The Pex is secured with copper straps

PT 2x material used as pat of a 36" high retaining wall. Odd not a single piece of the 2x had a label to confirm the % of chemical. HUMMMMM.
