The house next door!

This is the house next door to my morning inspection. Every now and then I would notice that the neighbor was trying to see what was going on. Anyway the inspection went off without a hitch, it was a 1950's contemporary with very few issues. As for my client! The neighbor will love her. She is an ACLU attorney who really is kind. She even brought me a coffee and pastry to snack on!

Oh' and the birds on the roof are permanent fixtures!

Maybe it's just me, but all that crap on the neighbor's house would be reason enough to seek elsewhere for a place to live.

If you look at the picture you can see some water behind the house. This is a huge lake just North of Nashville. Same lake that Johnny Cash's old home was on, for those of you that saw the movie Walk the Line. It has killer views but no covenants.
