I know we have seen all this electrical stuff in the past. This one just frosted me because it was a 30day flip and the former owner ribbon clerk just did not know electrical, so he left it.

I am not a licensed electrician nor highly paid - but I know this is the kind of crap we are going to be seeing for the next few years as the repos come back on the market as flips. Yes that is 22ga and 18ga lampcord.

I'm getting too old for this stuff.
