Look what I found on the plumbing for the washer yesterday. I wonder if I have miss this before because I don't pull out the drain off the washer to check.

Me either. I suppose it's possible to underestimate some of the idiots doing things these days, but it ain't easy.

Let me guess Phillip. The formed end of the washer's drain pipe must have been long enough to go all the way down into that two-inch standpipe. Since that connection is supposed to be indirect, you could say that this installation "exceeds" code requirement.
