The listing agent, and MY CUSTOMER, spent an amazing amount of time impressing how nice the house was because it was "rehabbed by an actor". They both said it repeatedly. "Rehabbed by an actor". A foooging actor. As one might surmise, it was long on looks, and entirely lacking in anything any of us would consider intelligent building. A person who's spent their life imitating and playing others, now is undertaking the dramatic role of .........
