Has anybody heard of these guys? They provide leads (for a Fee). There is a $299 start up fee which is waived for a limited time. Just checking to see if anybody uses them or has any comments on them.

Not specific to this company, but these services are sprouting like mushrooms.

I don't understand why someone would pay money to be lumped in a big pool of other inspectors(?). The idea of a service business is to set yourself apart, not stamp oneself w/the generically grouped mob.

At least w/the professional societies, there is the ostensible benefit of education and a tag of "certification".

Sounds nightmarish to me....

TIJ inspector locator is free and people do get work, make sure you’re there and add a description.

BTW: Frank make sure you add Illinois and or your city to your page title, meta description and everypage on your site. Then make sure TIJ and other sites are pointing links to you.
