This is just a few of the Items. The house is 4 years old and my client had it built.

I had miss quoted the job. I did not put the house in the right driving zone. I lost $50 because of this.

It turn out that someone had gave them a price of $70 lower than me and one had gave them a $40 higher price than me. The other inspectors where from the same area that I am.

I guess I am tried of seeing so call builders not doing their job. People taking short cuts,not doing things right.

Home owners taking the cheaps route when they have something done, than suing folks because they did not get the mansion they wanted at a garden home price.

It just go to show that a new home needs to be inspected.

Of course if homes where being built right I would be out of a job.

Here lately All I am doing is crap.

Thanks for posting the pictures Phillip. It helps keep our minds fresh on the kinds of things we should be looking for. Pictures say a thousand words. I gain a ton of knowledge by looking at pictures.
