Brandon Whitmore Posted April 11, 2008 Report Posted April 11, 2008 My house today: 3600 sq. ft. daylight ranch. Addition attached to the original (basement continued through). Large terraced greenhouse attached to addition, 1800's shop/ barn attached to the greenhouse. The house, addition, greenhouse, and shop all had basements and were interconnected. By the way, at least the agent let me know they wanted a shop inspected as well... I should have gotten more details as I would have charged more. http://www.rmlsweb.com/v2/public/report ... Xylg%3D%3D Apparently the barn/ shop has historical value. Home of the Dayton Dehydrating Co., it was originally used to dry fruits and potatoes for the prospectors during the Alaskan Gold Rush. Of course, you can't tell from the exerior with all the metal covering it up. There is a virtual tour on the RMLS link above. My brain hurts.
John Dirks Jr Posted April 11, 2008 Report Posted April 11, 2008 Does 7 hours include writing the report?
Brandon Whitmore Posted April 11, 2008 Author Report Posted April 11, 2008 Partially. I carry my laptop with me as I go, and input much of the information. I input pictures and fine tune everything at home. Closer to 8.5 hrs. total. 7 on- site.
