This was reported as a new 100amp service less than 5 months ago. There is a nice brand new panel inside the house. We wonder why we have this housing crisis!

Re-finance was not approved so the people just moved on owing abt 140% of value.

I now know the appraisal was done from the line-side and city website with a drive by just to be sure it was actually a structure. For what it is worth - the new lender indicates it will go with a 203K for more than the house ever will be worth. "out of the fry pan and into the fire"
