Les Posted April 6, 2008 Author Report Posted April 6, 2008 Mike, I now know the appraisal was done from the line-side and city website with a drive by just to be sure it was actually a structure. For what it is worth - the new lender indicates it will go with a 203K for more than the house ever will be worth. "out of the fry pan and into the fire"
