Many of us have seen large impersonal companies market their product to real estate people when the "market" sours. If anyone really wants a 1800 item, $425.00 pre-list inspection they can call me. I have no strong opinion regarding pre-list inspections. My considered opinion is they are fraught with liability and puffery.
