What type of business organization do you use (eg. incorporated, llc, or s corporation, or other) and why?

LLC, tax purposes, I like my house and my lawyer said so. This really is advice you should get from a lawyer who knows this kind of stuff. They can explain the differences a lot better than anyone else.
